I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream! Satisfy your sweet tooth at the third annual Atlanta Ice Cream Festival (AICF) which will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in Piedmont Park. This free event features local Atlanta ice cream shops, a kid zone and health and wellness vendors.
This year’s festival implements a health and wellness focus
by adding a kid’s zone, health screenings, and fitness experts. AICF is where
ice cream meets fitness. Kids can show off their hula hoop and jump roping
skills while parents get healthy food tips. It is an event focused on mind,
body and family for greater life balance. This event was created for the love
of America’s most enjoyed sweet treat with a focus on families and the
community. Local ice cream vendors will feature their coolest ice cream flavors
to beat the summer heat. The festival will also have food vendors serving tofu
to barbecue.
